Betty retired from Ingham Medical Center after 30 years of service. She was a longtime member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church and most recently served as secretary for the church. She cherished many hours in the company of her church family and her role in remembering things for Pastor Dave. Betty enjoyed crochet, needlepoint and spending time with family and friends, in particular the many holidays shared with her dear friend Debbie Saglimbene. Betty was a member and treasurer of the local TOPS organization. She was seen by many as a very shy person and few knew of her musical talents, including playing the violin, harp, accordion and piano. She was playful and fun loving. Betty will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
