Belinda graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University, college of Social Science. Retired from Lansing School District in 2012, after more than 30 years of dedicated service. She was an outstanding local artist, creating original works of art, including numerous pastel paintings, pins and jewelry using precious metals, pen and ink drawings, home decor, ornaments, women’s hats, floral arrangements, etc. Belinda possessed a quick wit and good sense of humor and loved laughing and spending time with her family.
Surviving are sister Amy Belding, brother in-law Jerry Wickman, nephew Theodore J. Wolfe, and numerous beloved cousins.
A Life Celebration for Belinda will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017, 4 pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lansing, 5509 S. Pennsylvania, Lansing, MI 48911
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Belinda’s name to Grandhaven Living Center, 3145 W. Mt. Hope, Lansing, MI 48911
