Angela Maureen Fischette

Angela Maureen Fischette, age 50, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, August 25th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 13th, 1974, in Lansing, Michigan, to James and Kathryn Clifford, Angie was a beacon of strength and grace.

Angie was a devoted wife to her husband, Chris Fischette, with whom she shared nearly 22 years of marriage. Together, they raised three beautiful daughters: Ella, Ruby, and Gianna. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment with them.

A proud graduate of Michigan State University, Angie was a passionate Spartan fan (Go Green!). Despite facing numerous health challenges over the years, she met each day with unwavering strength and grace. Her steadfast faith in God was a guiding light through all of life's trials and triumphs.

Angie was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn Clifford; father, James Clifford; her sister, Shawne Clifford Cole; her nephew, Nicholas Nobach; and her baby girl, Grace Kathryn Fischette. She is survived by her devoted husband, Chris; her beloved daughters, Ella, Ruby and GiGi; her sister, Faith Clifford; her brothers, Al Clifford and Todd Clifford; and many cherished brother and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Angie's enduring spirit and compassion touched everyone who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who loved her.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 2nd, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary prayed at 7:30 p.m. A funeral service to celebrate Angie's life will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd, at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 955 Alton Rd, East Lansing, MI. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will be held immediately afterward. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Angie's honor.
