Ronald Gerald Smith

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Ron. Ron passed peacefully with his loving wife Linda and devoted family by his side. Ron just celebrated his 65th birthday. He was a special man who braved a long struggle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

FAMILY

Ron is predeceased by this father Charles (Bud) Smith, his father-in-law Raymond Baker and his mother-in-law Theresia Baker. Ron will be forever loved and missed by his wife Linda, mother Marjorie, siblings Rick (Sandy), Bonnie, Donald (Deborah) and in-laws Rick (Barb), Dennis (Jamie), Barbara (Mike) and Maureen (Mike). He was a PROUD UNCLE to his nieces Alisa, Courtney, Christina, Ashley, Chelsea and Sarah and his nephews Jeffrey, Robert, Randy, Daryl, Brad and Jordan.

Ron was a great friend and neighbour. His sense of humour, love of sports, music and travel was shared by his loved ones.

Ron was a retired realtor who devoted his career to the accounting, property management and sales of real estate in the Vancouver area.

Ron’s warm laugh and smile brought joy to all.

Ron will be greatly missed.
