She was predeceased by her loving husband Don Budnick and her parents Marvin and Ellen Wahl. Survived by her sister Sharron Turlock of Gibsons, and brother Garry Wahl and his wife Sandy of Surrey and many nieces and nephews.
After retiring from the city of Surrey, Carol spent most of her time volunteering. She loved animals and her favorite charity was critter care.
Honoring Carol's wished there will be no service.
