Harold Edward Noice, 80, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Embassy Logan skilled nursing facility in Logan, Ohio. Harold was a lifelong employee of Anchor Hocking where he retired as a lead tank tender. After being drafted and serving a tour in the US Army, Harold became a lifelong member of AMVETS Post 1985. He was a regular visitor, stopping by the “club” almost every day, even if only for a short while. Harold was born May 9, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio.
He was proceeded in death by his mother Mary Sauerbrei, and stepfather, Harold "Hank" Sauerbrei, along with numerous aunts and uncles.
Harold is survived by his wife, Freda M. Noice of 56 years, children Deanna (Alan) Schaar, and Jim (Erin) Noice. Grandchildren; Amber (Travis) Fisher, Cody Noice (Fiancé, Elizabeth Andrews), Casey Noice (Fiancé, Madeline Porter), Emily (Jesse) Waggoner, and Abby Schaar (Taylor Bradshaw); great-grandchildren, Olivia Waggoner and Maren Fisher.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday July 7, 2020 at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
