Doug, a retired visual retail designer, was a Graduate of Lancaster High School and Miami University.
He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Helen Richardson; his sisters, Judith Richardson Finkbone of Cincinnati, Ohio and Marianne Richardson of Lancaster, Ohio; and his brother in law, Paul Finkbone of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He is survived by his sister, Jean Smith (David) of Ontario, Canada; and nieces and nephews, Anne Williams, Joyce Flora (Michael), Christopher (Kitty), Stephanie Wolf (Mark), Stephen Reynolds (Lisa), Susan Bourdin (Keith), and loving great nieces and nephews.
Dignity Cremation will take place through Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home and Doug’s Funeral Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, we as that donations be made to the Pickering House in memory of Doug.
