Cecile Jane Yinger, age 72 of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday May 8, 2024. Cecile was loved by all who knew her and she touched the hearts of so many. She loved to dance with her husband, travel and cook, but more than anything she loved being with her family. She will be missed, but always loved and never forgotten.
Cecile is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John Michael Yinger, children, Nicole Kane, Jennifer Hall, Rachel (Mike) Barnett; grandchildren, Michael Hall, Jakob Hall, Haylee Kane, Travis Hall and Hannah Kane; siblings, Barbara Andrychowski, James (Kim) Watkins, David (Debbie) Watkins, Mary Louise (Marvin) Dill, Joe L. Watkins, Marla (Lloyd) Clifton, Michael (Karen) Watkins as well as many extended family and friends. Preceded in death by mother, JoAnn (Krauss) Watkins Rachieie; siblings, Sharon Spraggins, Mark Watkins and Elizabeth Blazer. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Cecile’s memory to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
