Carol Ann Oliver, 83 of Lancaster, passed away peacefully, Tuesday February 7, 2023 at Primrose Memory Care after a courageous battle with vascular dementia. Carol was born in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Paul Dilliard and Julia Smith Dilliard. She is survived by 3 sons, Jon (Joyce) Oliver, Brian Oliver and Todd (Meridawn) Oliver; sister, Susan Rausch, brother, Jon (Kathie) Dilliard, sister-in-law, Thelma Dilliard, nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul Oliver, brother, Paul Dilliard, nephew, Jeff Dilliard, brother-in-law, Robert Rausch, brother and sister-in-law, Clyde and Doris Ann Chrismer.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Halteman-Fett and Dyer Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit at 6-8 Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday. Burial will be at the West Rushville Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations in lieu of flowers to the Rushcreek Presbyterian Church or Fairhope Hospice.
