77, of Lancaster died Saturday , May 11, 2013. She was born to the late Lester and Beatrice Dunn on Feb. 24, 1936, in Trona, California. She graduated from AV High School in 1953. Shortly after she met and married her late husband Wilbert (Tiny) Gilbert in 1955, and lived in Lancaster. She was an active member of the New Life Nazarene Church on Beech Ave. Also was very active with the Booster Club at A V High School. Wanda is survived by her three sons Lester, Tom and David Gilbert, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Terry Caron. A time of respect will be held at 11:30 a.m. with Service starting at 1:00 p.m. Monday , May 20, 2013, both at the New Life Church of the Nazarene. Interment will follow at Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary, Lancaster.
