Patsy Ellen McClure Baker

Patsy Ellen Baker-Barnes passed away unexpectedly on March 21st, 2016 at the young age of 81 in Palmdale, California.

Patsy was born to Roy Bryan and Helen Rose McClure on July 26th, 1934 in Los Angeles, California living her entire life in L.A. County.

She leaves behind her husband Wallace Barnes; six sons John Fletcher (Belle), William Fletcher, David Fletcher(dec.) (Barbara), Ronald Fletcher, Jr. (Donna), Daniel Young, Larry Young, 27 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son David Fletcher, brother Perry Gail and sister Laverne Doolin.

She began a childhood acting career with Meglin Kiddies acting troupe appearing on episodes of the Little Rascals. She tap-danced, played piano and even recorded a record. Her professional career began in the aerospace industry and eventually retired from Disney Imagineering as a reprographics imager.

After successfully raising six sons she continued her mothering instincts by rescuing and helping people in need or animals requiring refuge.

A Memorial Service is scheduled on March 28th, 2016 at 11:00am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 2120 E Avenue R · Palmdale, California, followed by Internment at 1:00pm at Joshua Memorial Park located at 808 E Lancaster Blvd · Lancaster, California.
