Julie was preceded in death by her father; sister, Yvonne Person; and niece, Kristin Norris. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda; two sons, Joshua and Matthew; mother, Evelyn Brown; sister, Dawnette Norris; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life for Julie will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535.
