Tata, I will miss you dearly every minute of everyday til we're reunited at the gates of heaven. You were always such a strong, independent, thick headed man but deep down you were so caring and loving you had a different way of showing it thru your tough love but it will be missed so much! I now am feeling some what closer to the acceptance of your passing and often thought at first you were being a little selfish for your decision but I realized it was me being selfish keeping you here, in this temporary life we live when you were finally offered a new start to your eternal life with no pain or suffering and as my faith grows I know you are in a better place that words can't even come close to explaining but I will miss you and love you with all my heart and Jayden & Ariana will miss their Tata just as much ! Forever in our hearts..

Joe, the world has lost a great man. Under that tough guy act was a man with the biggest heart and the greatest sense of humor. You and Sandra were the best neighbors anyone could have, always there to offer help if needed. Joe, you will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to Sandra, Joey and the rest of the Orosco family.

So sad to hear of his passing. Joe was a tough guy with a big heart. I worked with him in Parks and Rec and he would always make me laugh when we had meetings. He would go out of his way to help others. He will truly be missed.

I got to talk with Joe last month - i am glad i spoke with him - I will miss Joe - he was a kind and gentle man - he was very generous - always volunteering when we needed help on ERC - (Employee rec Council) - he helped so many people - he was a good man - Laughlin bus trips will never be the same. So very sorry for your loss. Joe was one of a kind and by that I mean if he had something to say he'd say it. He wasn't a man to mix words he got right to the point. I'll remember his laugh and quick wit, but mostly I'll remember how under that tough exterior was a man who loved his family deeply and would do anything for them. I always admired "Big Joe" for that. My thoughts and prayers are with the Orosco family at this very sad and difficult time. Rest in Peace Big Joe!!!!
