Charles Edward Ricker of Poplar, Montana, was born on January 11, 1940, to Florence and Charles Ricker. He peacefully passed away on April 1, 2024. Charles led a remarkable life filled with dedication and service. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corps from 1957 to 1961, embodying the values of honor and commitment. After his military service, Charles embarked on a successful career at General Motors, where he dedicated three decades of hard work before retiring. In his personal life, Charles was surrounded by love. He was blessed with a devoted wife, Jeanne, with whom he shared 30 beautiful years. Charles leaves behind a loving family, including children Jeri (John) Mitchell, Walter Maxson (deceased), Charles Ricker, and Clara Boone. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Kandy (Dean) Gould, Kouri (Ryan) Bennett, Michael and James Boone, and Ronnie Welch. Charles also embraced his role as a stepfather to David, Mark (April), Vincent, Edward Lara, Veronica L. Stud (Philip), and their families. His step-grandchildren, including Cecilia, Philip Jr., and Faith, brought him much joy, as did his numerous great-grandchildren. In every aspect of his life, Charles Ricker touched the hearts of those around him with kindness, strength, and love. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
