Gwendolyn Nadine Robinson

On August 13, 1934, a beautiful baby girl was born to the union of Davis and Hattie Dent in Galveston, Texas. They named their daughter, Gwendolyn Nadine. Nadine as she was affectionately know was educated in the public schools of Galveston, Texas and was a graduate of Central High School. She was employed at John Sealy Hospital ICU as a Medical Assistant for a number of years. She later was employed with NASA in Environmental Services! She was a member of St. Augustine of Hippo Episcopal Church in Galveston. On September 10, 2015 Nadine's earthly journey came to an end and she entered her eternal rest. She is preceded in death by her parents, Davis and Hattie Dent; her brother, Davis Allen Dent; son, Herbert Robinson, Jr.; and infant daughter, Joann Robinson. Left to cherish precious memories of her life are her children, Elliott Robinson (Andrea), Joseph Robinson, Gwyn Robinson (Andrew), Rhonda Robinson (Michael), Pam Washington and Candy Robinson; step-daughter, Joelina Machera (Al); 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
