Vince began a career with civil service with the Naval Air Engineering Center (NAEC), Lakehurst in 1957 and retired from civil service in 1987.
Vince spent his free time within the Fall and Winter months hunting deer, ducks and rabbits. A beagle was normally at his side, and friends swore the beagle was trained to run the rabbits solely to its master.
Vince spent much of the Spring and Summer months in Manahawkin where he enjoyed fishing for bluefish and catching clams & crabs with his boat. Vincent could prepare meals as well as any professional chef. He had a keen sense of humor. He maintained a profound sense of patriotism for the US military and strong support for his family. Most notable quote: “Family is everything.”
