Roger W. Rowland, age 31, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Toms River, NJ. Born on July 30, 1985 in Lakewood, NJ, Roger was a life long resident of Toms River. Roger was a graduate of the Toms River North High School. He was a telemarketer. He is survived by his mother, Judy Jefferson with whom he resided; two children, Darean and Devyn Rowland; a brother, Ryan Evans; a maternal grandmother, Barbara Wiltbank; and his life long love, Cyndi Ramos; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial visitation will be held for Roger and his grandmother, Barbara Wiltbank, on Friday from 6-8PM at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood. A memorial service led by family and friends will be held at 8pm at the conclusion of the visitation.
