Robert Norman Sachs

Robert was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 8, 1933. He was raised in Newark, NJ, and was a former resident of Hillside, Irvington and Brick, NJ, before moving to the Four Seasons 20 years ago. Robert was a retired chemist who previously worked for Exxon in Linden, NJ for 37 years. He previously served in the US Army. Robert was an avid golfer. He was an active member of several clubs within the Four Seasons. He loved to perform with the Chorus and Theater.

Grandfather of the late Lisa Whitmeyer and father of the late Laurie Sachs, Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Anita, of 63 years; 2 sons, Scott Sachs and his wife Karen and Steven Sachs and his wife Edith; 3 grandchildren, Brian, Nicole, and Christopher ; 4 great-grandchildren, Kelly, Scotty, Vincent, and CJ; 3 great-great grandchildren, Jaden, Amelya, and Olivia; and a sister, Roz Monahan.

Memorial Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
