She was one of five children born to Fay and Elizabeth Truex on August 17, 1948 in Lakewood, NJ.
Linda met the love of her life when she worked at Bradlees. Ron went there to pick up his mother from work and they immediately fell in love. They went on to be married for 54 years and had two children together residing in Brick, NJ until they moved to Jackson, NJ in 1993. She worked for Roth & Roth PA for many years before retiring in 2013.
To know her is to love her. She was an excellent mom and friend, supportive, kind, caring, giving, hilarious and witty, a person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity and she instilled the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. She was an inspiration and a true role model who we will always look up to. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill. She was truly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
She was predeceased by her parents, Fay & Elizabeth Truex, Lakewood, NJ and her In-Laws, Lenier & Evelyn Shafto, Brick, NJ.
