Jared Russell McLean, son, brother, uncle, and motorcycle enthusiast passed away at the age of 20, surrounded by his family on June 9, 2023. Jared will always be remembered for being selfless, happy, loving, caring, and sarcastic, but above all a fearless adventurer. He always had a smile on his face and radiated positive energy to all of those around him. He has touched the lives of so many in the short time he was a part of this world and will be missed by many.
Jared was free spirited and brave, which was best shown through his motorcycle trip from Alaska to Idaho, California, and ultimately to Pennsylvania. He spoke about this trip often and always so nonchalantly with pride and joy in his tone.
Jared is survived by his mom, Lisa, three siblings, Sarah, Trevor, and Rachel, and niece, Eleanor. A celebration of life will be held on June 15, 2023. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make donations to the National Motorcycle Safety Fund.
