

LAKEWOOD – Henry "Hank" J. Hutter Jr., 82, of Lakewood passed away on April 21. He was born in Newark, NJ, graduated from Irvington High School and has lived over 50 years in the Jersey Shore area. He has been married to the love of his life, Marge, for 59 years.
Hank served proudly in the Air Force during the Korean War. He then went on to work for the Prudential Insurance Company of America and retired from PRUPAC in 1994 after 44 years of service. He lived in Middletown for many years before moving to Lakewood 16 years ago. He was an avid sports fan following the Mets and Giants. However, he most enjoyed coaching and watching his four children and grandchildren play baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer and hockey. Hank enjoyed fishing along the Jersey Shore as well as Hutchinson Island, FL, where he and his wife often spent the winter. He was an active member of the Fairways at Lake Ridge community, where he enjoyed playing pinochle and relaxing at the pool. He had a deep faith in God and was a member of the St. Mary of the Lake Roman Catholic church community.
Hank is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Koelzer Hutter; daughter Maureen and her husband Peter Chrissinger, daughter Jennifer and her husband Steven Chuck, son Duane and his girlfriend, Kate Grady, son Kenneth, grandsons Timothy Chrissinger and Steven Chuck, granddaughters Kathryn, Madelyn, Abigail and Cecilia Hutter, brother Thomas Hutter and his wife Joann.
