Frank Bramante

Frank Bramante, age 80, of Lakewood, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. He was born in Hoboken, NJ on September 11, 1931. Frank was raised in Hoboken, NJ. He was a resident of Emerson, NJ for 30 years before residing in Lakewood for the last 11 years. Frank maintained his own Insurance Agency, Frank Bramante Insurance, since 1961 in Emerson and West Long Branch, NJ. He was an active member and Eucharistic Minister for the St. Mary of the Lake Parish in Lakewood, NJ. Frank was a NY Mets and NY Jets fan who loved various sports. He was a classic car enthusiast and an avid golfer. Son of the late Frank and Jennie Bramante; father of the late Frank Bramante; and brother of the late Joseph Bramante and Antoinette "Dolly" Valentino; Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Nancy S. Bramante; his daughter, Jeanine Bramante of West Long Branch, NJ; and several other relatives, many who knew him as Bill. Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the D'Elia Funeral Home, Rte. 70 & Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in the Church of St. Mary of the Lake, 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Inurnment of his cremated remains will immediately follow in the NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
