She had worked as a healthcare worker for the West Hudson Hospital before her retirement.
Emma was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph P. Travers in 2002 and by two sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Ginny Sluscavage, a son, Patrick Travers and his wife, Donna, and three grandchildren, Mark, Kelly,and Brian and five great-grandchildren, David, Andrew, Abbey, Rebecca and Hannah.
A viewing will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the D'Elia Funeral Home followed by a 11:30 a.m. funeral service at the D'Elia Funeral Home, Lakewood, N.J. Interment will follow in the Brig. General Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, N.J.
