Dorothy A Ciccone, age 85, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Friday September 2, 2022. Dorothy was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 12, 1936 to the late Mabel and William Simonsen. She worked for Brookdale Community College for many years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all.
Mrs. Ciccone is predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Ciccone, and her son, Stephen Ciccone.
Dorothy is survived by her sister Mabel Altman and her husband James, children, Thomas Ciccone Jr and his wife Maureen, Andrea Allocco and her husband Joseph, David and his wife Lisa and grandchildren, Brandon, Jacob, Alexander and Rachel, and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of the D'Elia Funeral Home 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Entombment will take place privately at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery.
