David Manfredi, age 80, of Lakewood, passed away on Saturday evening at his residence in Lakewood, NJ. Born in New York, NY, he was a former resident of Dongan Hills S.I., NY for over 30 years, before moving to Lakewood 15 years ago. David was a US Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He was retired lithographer and camera operator for Gibson Graphics – Cunningham Printing, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards with his friends at the Four Seasons Clubhouse. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Janet; three children, Mark, Stephen and his wife Natalie, and David and his wife Cecilia; a grandson, Enzo; and a sister, Marie Arnold. Visitation will be this evening from 2 to 4 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home, Rte. 70 & Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. His funeral mass will be celebrated 12 noon Wednesday at Holy Family Church, 1139 E. County Line Road, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will follow in the B.G. William C. Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
