Carol Jane Canfield, 72, of Rahway, was called home on Saturday, May 24, 2014. She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Joseph Canfield and her be¬loved son, Thomas Joseph Canfield, Jr. Carol is survived by her son, Gary, her daugh¬ters, MaryJane Canfield and Colleen Holloway and two granddaughters, Hailey Ann and Holly Rose Holloway. Friends and Family are in¬vited to attend a memorial service at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 21 at Zion Lutheran Church, 215 Elm Avenue, Rahway with in¬ternment immediately fol¬lowing at Hazelwood Cem¬etery, 64 Lake Avenue, Colonia. Before moving to the Jersey Shore in 2010, Carol mostly lived in Rahway and an active member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church for many years as she devoted her time to singing in the choir. Carol was fond of playing Bingo at the local halls and always enjoyed dancing to her favorite songs from the 60’s and 70’s along with drinking her coffee and taking long walks.
