Alice G. Siverio

Alice was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Rafael and Pacifica Graulau.

Alice is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years; Elias Siverio. Her dear children; Elizabeth S. Brennan (husband Anthony), James, Suzanne S. Kreie and Robert (wife Dina). Her loving grandchildren; Patrick (wife Marissa), Andrew, Briana, Paige, Matthew, a great-grandson Henry and loving extended family.

She was predeceased by her brother Ralph Graulau and son-in-law Paul Kreie.

She met her husband Elias and began their family in Brooklyn. They moved to Jackson, where they lived for over 30 years and later settled in Brick for over twenty years.

Alice was a secretary at various companies and military installations and retired from Lakehurst Naval Engineering Center. While working for the military, she opened her home to relocating engineers with no family nearby.

Alice was a devout Catholic and volunteered at the CCD program at St. Anthony of Claret Church in Lakewood.

Her hobbies included bowling, cross-stitch, dancing, mahjong, reading and scrabble. She was an avid tennis fan.

She devoted much of her time catching up with friends on Facebook, collecting recipes, working on the computer, playing games and dancing with friends. The most important thing to her was her family.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 9th from 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 7:00pm -9:00pm at D’Elia Funeral Home; 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, October 10th at 10:30 am at The Church of Saint Anthony Claret located at 780 Ocean Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701 with interment to follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery.

The family welcomes Memorial Contributions to a charity of your choice in Alice's memory, as an expression of sympathy.
