Robert Shawn Allen, 42, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on July 15, 2016. He was born in Carson City, Michigan on February 15, 1974. Shawn graduated from Midland High School and received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Michigan State University. He was married to Melanie Wise Allen on May 24, 2002. Shawn had a career in the General contracting industry as a Self Employed owner of Professional Renovations. He had passions for outdoor adventures, disc golf, biking, hiking, and camping. He is survived by his wife Melanie Wise Allen, his child, Aiden Thomas Allen, his sibling Shelly Kindy and his parents Robert G. Allen and Sharon Allen Comden.
Funeral will be held on July 30, 2016 at 5:30pm at the Chippewa Nature Center in Midland, Michigan.
