Rosalie Jean Morlan, age 95, of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Illinois on June 7, 1927 to Thomas and Lilly Johnson. She met Chester Morlan after his tour in the Korean War and they married. Together they raised their family in Illinois and New Mexico. While in New Mexico Rosalie began working in the education system as a secretary. She loved her work.
When Rosalie wasn't at work you could find her crafting and making beautiful pieces for her home, or being a devoted mother and wife. She will be missed.
Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, her husband, Chester; and children, Jane, Julie, and Steve. She is survived by her son, Jeff; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
