Bill was born in Los Angeles on March 7, 1943 to William and Betty Winters. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Brenda. He spent four years in the Navy with his training the Navy's Anti-Submarine Warfare School. Bill was also the owner of Wash Park Wash, a car wash in the Washington Park area in Denver. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
