Regina Madeleine Homoya

She graduated high school early and attended Trinity College in Washington DC. During her time there she met her husband Bruce. During their marriage they lived in many parts of United States and eventually moved to Texas. Regina was an avid reader, a devoted wife, impeccable homemaker and most of all loving mother and grandmother. She was raised in the Catholic faith and was active in the church choir at St. Thomas More. She will be missed dearly.

Regina is preceded in death by her husband Bruce of 27 years and is survived by her children, daughter, Jennifer White and her husband William, grandchildren, William, Lauren and Megan of Manor, TX; son, Bruce Homoya and his wife Sharon, grandchildren, Hannah and Trey of Lakeway, TX; daughter, Heather Straub and her husband Jed, grandchildren, Tess and Palmer of San Antonio, TX; son, Gregory Homoya and his wife Ellen, grandchildren, Estella and Sutton of Austin, TX; nephew, Russell Ragosta of Austin, TX, and brothers Ralph Ragosta and Robert Ragosta of Virginia.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home located at 411 Ranch Rd. 620 S. Lakeway, TX 78734, where a Rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2012, at St Thomas More Catholic Church located at 10205 N FM 620, Austin, TX 78626. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests any memorials be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, Society of St Vincent de Paul or a charity of your choice.
