Vincent enjoyed cooking, gardening, watching the news and sports. At home he spent a significant amount of time tending to his various fruit trees and plants in his backyard. He also enjoyed listening to different types of music and was often at home relaxing with the music playing. He also spent a lot of time with family and friends where he would laugh, talk, and play dominoes.
