Todd graduated from St. Petersburg High School in St. Petersburg, FL, Class of 1977. Following graduation, he moved to Macon, GA and began his career in construction. Todd had a successful career working in different areas and types of construction. Todd was highly creative and started his own remodeling business to show off his talents.
Todd loved the ocean. He was an avid angler and enjoyed spending time at the beach. When he was not working or fishing, he loved watching sports. His favorites included football and NASCAR. He was a huge Dolphin and Jeff Gordon fan. Todd owned a “Party Bus” and made several trips to see the Dolphins and NASCAR. On any given weekend you could find him watching football and NASCAR while cooking out for his friends, family, and anyone else that wanted to join in on the fun.
Todd loved people and never met a stranger! His wit and sense of humor were magnetic and his laugh contagious. He will be dearly missed and hold a special place in our hearts forever.
Previously deceased by his father, Donald Claude Aldrich, his mother, Shirley May Aldrich Hughes, and his stepfather, Paul E. Hughes.
Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Lea (Aldrich) Mattocks, 2 granddaughters, Kylie, and Ava Mattocks, and 1 great-grandson Karson, all of Pinellas Park, Florida. Brother-Rodney and his wife, Trina of Dunnellon, Florida. Sisters (3)-Sharon (Aldrich)Darville and her husband, Kenneth, of Dunnellon, Florida, Claudia (Aldrich) Dwyer of Clermont, Florida, and Robin (Aldrich) Holdren English and her husband Robert of Port St. Lucie, Florida. Nephews-Shane Aldrich, Doyle Waddell, and Brett Aldrich, Nieces-Jeanette Dutton, Katherine Aldrich, Chloe Maaske, Donnella Salisbury.
Todd’s “Celebration of Life” will be held at Juno Park on Saturday June 10, from 10-2:30 with his graveside service to follow at 4:00 pm at Dorsey E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth. Everyone is invited.
