Family was the most important part of Sandy’s life. She was a very selfless, caring person, who always put the needs of others before her own. She had a bubbly, warm personality and never considered anyone a stranger. Sandy loved to sing, country line dance, travel, and was the President of Coonerty’s Sole Mates Inc. and Soul Brother Inc.
Sandy leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 33 years, Michael, children, Thomas (Nicole) Coonerty, Mellisa (Alex) Segura, and Kaitlyn (Austin) Johnson, mother, Angeline Zylstra, siblings, Terry (Pat) Zylstra, David (Jane) Zylstra, Mike (Linda) Zylstra, and Nancy (Roger) Dekker, grandchildren, Joseph, Brayden, Easton, Brother-in-laws Thomas(Debbie)Coonerty and Edward(Sheila)Coonerty, sister-in-laws Mary(John Coppola)Coonerty and Jane(Ron)Jordan and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, John Zylstra, sister, Ann Williams and sister-in-law Patricia(Sam). She will be forever in our hearts. A visitation will be on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Journey Church, 6201 S. Military Trail, Lake Worth, Fl 33463 from 11am-1:00pm, with a funeral service at 1:00pm. Burial will take place immediately following at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made in her name to Lake Worth Christian School, 7592 High Ridge Rd., Boynton Beach, Fl 33426.
