Lou age 67 passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 5, 2020 at JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL surrounded by his loving family. Lou was a life long resident of the Lantana area. After school he became a building contractor and homebuilder. Lou built many homes throughout the south Florida area. Lou could always be counted on to help out many family and friends on a moments notice with anything both in and around their home. He is survived by two children: daughter, Lisa (William) Crawley; son, Michael; former wife, Kathy Masson; four grandchildren, Jordyn Crawley, Austin Crawley, James Masson and Gracy Masson; mother, Marion Masson; two brothers, James (Cindy), Peter (Tonda); sister, Pamela (Greg) Wilson; brother-in-law, Thomas Black; a host of nieces and nephews. Lou was preceded in death by his father Adolph Masson and two sisters Peggy Schauer and Geraldine Black.
A private gathering of family & friends for Louis will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, Florida 33461, followed by a private celebration of life service.
Occupancy for services are a maximum of 50 people.
