We will never forget our Aunt Josie. She was a beautiful hard working woman. She didn't always have the easiest life, but never complained and was a true survivor. Visiting Florida will never be the same without you there to share your delicious manicotti. Mommy misses you everyday. Until we all meet again, God bless you.

Aunt Josie you were a amazing women, you will be so missed. Everytime I came to Florida you were there at the stove making manicotti, know one can make them like you. I have a few of your recipes that will stay with our family... Love you always, Danielle Jordan and Lil Anthony

A beautiful person and a beautiful life.  This is the story of a person that should celebrated. Aunt Jo lived a life of love, health, family and work.  I wish we could duplicate her lifestyle and hard work attitude all across this country. We should all take a page out of Aunt Josie's book and live our lives each day the way she lived hers.  My heart goes out to all for her loss but this  is the story of a person that should make one proud not saddened.  All praise Aunt Josie.  God Bless

We will truly never forget Josie. We would see her at the Golf Colony pool, and she never missed a beat. We always forgot how old she was because she never looked her age. She had so much to talk about, and it was amazing how many interesting stories she had.
