Loving mother of son Franklin W. Butler Jr, step son Steven Butler, Donny Butler (deceased), step son Tommy Butler (deceased), niece Susan Young, daughter Laura Rios (spouse George Rios), grandmother of Eric McVicker (Spouse Melanie) and great-granddaughter Caroline McVicker.
Joan was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Florida in 1972. She worked at Eckard Drug Store as a pharmacy technician which later was purchased by CVS. She retired in 1993. She loved socializing, traveling, and going on cruises and the warm weather.
A graveside service for Joan will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
