SZYMANSKI, Helen Stecyk Helen Stecyk Szymanski, age 93, went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, on May 30, 2018. Born in Broadalbin, New York in 1924, Helen married John Szymanski, who she had gone to school with, in 1946, and moved to Palm Beach County, Florida. They had two sons, John Michael "Johnny" and Ronald Stanley. Helen worked in the banking industry until her retirement in 1991. She gave countless hours as a volunteer for the Arthritis Foundation and JFK Medical Center. Helen was a generous, loving and compassionate woman who cherished her role as "Grandma". She was predeceased by her son Johnny, her husband, her sister Anna, and brother, Frank. She leaves her beloved son Ron Szymanski (MaryAnne) of West Palm Beach, grandsons Patrick Szymanski and Kevin Szymanski (Leigh), and two sisters, Mary Stecyk Wharton and Marjorie Stecyk Dawes. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2892 South Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL, on Monday, June 4 at 10:30AM. Interment will follow immediately at Hillcrest Cemetery, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida.
