Age 64 of West Palm Beach, FL passed away December 5, 2017. She was originally of Canton, Ohio. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband in 2016, John Ivan Miller. She is survived by: children, Starla Withey (husband, Scott), Edward Miller (wife, Johanna) and Tina Miller; brothers, Dennis Brown, Tom Brown, Ron Brown and Dan Brown; grandchildren, Ravyn, Ivan, Autumn, Emily, Logan and Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mary Jane Brown. Memorial services will be held privately by the family.
