53, of Lantana, FL, passed away on October 11, 2011
Survivors include her husband, Jeremy Baker and sister, Stacey Englander.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, October 15th at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
