Victoria Mae Eldridge

Victoria Eldridge, 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at her residence. She was an avid bowler who loved roller skating, and reading her Bible. She had lived in the Lake Charles area for nearly 50 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years George Eldridge, one son, Jeff Eldridge and wife Christine of Lake Charles, two sisters, Betty Twiner of Pearl, MS., and Glendora Sherman of Dallas, TX. Also, she leaves behind three grandchildren Allison Guidry and husband Jason, Dusty Eldridge and girlfriend Chelsea Hayes, and Chad Peloquin.

She is preceded in death by her parents L.A. and Nicee Murrell, along with a brother David Murrell.

Services will be held at 11:00am at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Saturday, July 16, 2016. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 5:00-9:00pm and will resume on Saturday from 9:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
