Shawn Omar Allison

Shawn was born to Hiram and Mary Lou Allison and was raised in Lake Charles. He graduated from Barbe High school, in 1990 where he enjoyed playing basketball and football. He was a very outgoing individual and was loved and liked by all. Shawn was always lending a hand to those in need and was a very hard worker. He was a carpenter by trade and worked with many people throughout his life.

Shawn is survived by his loving mother, Mary Lou Allison of Lake Charles; brother’s, Chad and wife Amy Allison of Lakeland FL, Craig Allison of Lake Charles; sister, Sarah Louise Allison of Lake Charles; nieces, Keanna and Evelyn Allison and nephews, Jordan Huval and Luca Guzzino.

He is preceded in death by his father, Hiram Dorsey Allison.

The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 1pm with a Memorial service at 2pm all of which will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
