Raymond "Ray" Marshall Broussard Jr.

Ray had a zest for life. He worked hard and played hard. He loved hunting and dirt bike riding with his sons. He was also a master carpenter and was happiest when he was working with his hands. Ray’s greatest success was creating his company Universal Stainless, and pioneering Custom Restaurant Equipment.

Ray is survived by his two sons, Austin Broussard of Lake Charles, LA and Dylan Broussard and his girlfriend, Aubrie Wills of Dallas, TX; Deanna Broussard, the mother of his son’s and best friend of Lake Charles, LA; sister, Marlene Fontenot of Lake Charles, LA.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Rita Broussard and sister, Yvonne Trahan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 4-8pm and will continue at 12pm on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
