He retired from Citgo after 43 years of service. He was a loving and wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Thomas Kiser; sons, Paul L. Kiser, Jr.; Calvin L. Kiser and wife Cindy; daughter, Tanya Ann Eckhoff; sister, Norma Faye Burnes; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents, Almer and Viola Kiser and his sister, Eva Mae Andrus.
