She loved to go fishing in any body of water she could throw a line in. Pat had a passion for Women's basketball, and was an excellent player. She was a softball coach and umpire for many years for ASA. Pat was a gifted League bowler and held the Louisiana Women's High Series Record for many years. She was a self-taught upholsterer and ran a successful upholstery shop. Pat was an extremely talented woodworker and could build just about anything. She lit up any room she was in with her infectious laugh and smile. Pat was a true inspiration to all and is already deeply missed by all who loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her partner of 17 years, Maggie Pachuca; daughters, Leah Latiolais (Vicki), and Dawn Whitfield (Keith); son, Todd Sandifer; grandchildren, Maree Suber, Chastity Rayon, Chelsea Sandifer, Logan Toothman, Macey Willis, Cyler Sandifer, and Cyliss Post; great-grandchildren, Paityn Suber, McKenna Sandifer, Roy Brett Suber, Jonah Rayon, Annabeth Toothman, Charles Suber, Austyn Rayon, Ivey Willis, and one on the way, Westen Willis.
Pat is preceded in death by her sister, Lynn Gardener; and her parents, T.R. and Lula Mae Jones.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Gathering from the chapel of Hixson Funeral Home, Lake Charles, on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
