Maxie Primeaux Jr.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Master Sergeant after 20 years of service (1952 - 1972). His duty was related to criminal investigations in the Security Police. After leaving the Air Force, he worked in the field of auto body repair for several local car dealerships, to include: Watts-Pumpelly Volkswagen / Mercedes, Don Siebarth Pontiac and Radford Buick.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Elaine Boutte Primeaux; son, Gary Ray Primeaux of Lake Charles; brother, Dennis Ray Primeaux and wife, Yvonne of Lake Charles; 1 niece and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxie Primeaux Sr. and Francesca Virgadamo.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Father Nathan Long will officiate. Visitation will be Friday 8 a.m. til time of service. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
