So sad that I just learned of Mark’s passing today. Mark and I shared a lot of days on a lot of job sites together. He was a friend of nearly 20 years to my family and I. Without a doubt he changed the trajectory of our lives. Mark….you were a good man my brother and I will miss you. My deepest condolences to Romy and the girls. Ivi and I are here if you ever need anything.

I was shocked to hear of Mark's passing, he was our safety manager at King Creek wind farm construction in Texas, and genuinely one of the coolest guys I've had the pleasure of working with in my time in wind farm construction. He always had great stories to tell during our daily morning safety meetings, some of which we rolled our eyes at because we had heard them four or five times by the end of the project. I was very much hoping to work with Mark again in the future, what a loss to the wind construction community and our community in general.

We enjoyed working with Mark so much! We would answer every phone call from Mark so excited. Truly one of a kind. We are beyond grateful we had the chance to  work with Mark. Sending all of our love and light to his family, who he loved so much. Mark LOVED to tell stories about his family!!

Very saddened to hear the news of Marks passing. He and I spent a lot of time together during our time at Willbros.  Hate that we lost touch. Sending prayers to Mrs. Romy and the kids! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

“Captain MILLER” as you always called your self on our many many phone calls. Estella and I will miss but always cherish your friendship in our hearts. You were a selfless man and we couldn’t be more honored to have known you! Mark is welcomed into heaven by his parents, Paul and Bonnie Miller.


Mark leaves behind his wife of 23 years, Romy Miller; his five children Andrew Miller and wife Susie, Justin Miller and wife Katie, Jennifer Miller, Alexandra Chinchay and husband Rodrigo, and Bonnie Miller. Mark also leaves behind seven grandchildren Macie Miller, Ella Miller, Cooper Miller, Harrison Miller, Andrew Miller, Avery Miller, and Beau Bond; three sisters, Paula Miller Gaspard and husband Danny, Lisa Miller McCartney and husband Erik, and Missy Miller Burns and companion Karrie Long; and his extended family.
