Lake Charles - Margaret Fraser Bruce, 81, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 in a local hospital.
She was born in Inverness, Scotland and lived in Lake Charles with her daughter. She served in the British Royal Navy and moved to Chicago in 1958 from the U.K. She worked as a dental hygienist and had worked in accounts payable in Illinois. She married Frederick Bruce in 1951 until his death in 2000. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Fiona Mary Griswold and husband John of Lake Charles; brother, Hugh MacDonald of Inverness, Scotland; grandchildren, Jack Griswold and Julian
