Frances Vivian “Billie” House, 89, of Lake Charles passed away on March 9, 2017.
Mrs. House is survived by her husband of 68 years, Murray “Bo” House; her four daughters, Sharon Thibodeaux (Harold), Betty House (Jimmy), Mary Kate Roberts (Bill) and Hollie Saltzman (Jimmy Paul). Mrs. House also has 8 grandchildren, Scotty Nelson (Delta), Joy Nelson Castle, Sara Thibodeaux Theard (Blaise), Ashley Gary Cooper, Beau Gary, Cory Leger (Jennifer), Kara Leger and Clay Leger and 10 great grandchildren. Mrs. House and her husband owned and operated the J Wesley Grill from 1958-1979. After retirement, she became an AVON representative. She also enjoyed the years that she spent working at First United Methodist in the church nursery.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00am at the First United Methodist Church of Lake Charles with Pastor Weldon Bares officiating.
