Doris V. NunezBorn to the parents of Alcide and Irene Vincent on August 16, 1926, in Cameron, La., Doris now leaves her family at age 82 on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Raised in Hackberry, La, Doris moved to Cameron where she became a wife and mother of two children (Tommy and Suzie). She was employed at Rogers Grocery and Zapata Haynie for many years before becoming the owner of a Wine shop. After the loss of her son, Doris moved to Creole next to her daughter.She is survived by one daughter, Suzanne (husband) Wayne. Three Grand Daughters, Telesha Bertrand (husband) Patrick, Brandi Landreneaux (husband) Stacy, and Courtney Sturlese all of Grand Lake; 6 Great Gr children Jensen and Dru Bertrand, Haydon and Drake Sturlese and Kirston and Ashton Landreneux. One brother Burnell Vincent (wife) Faye of Hackberry, La, three sisters Betty Goddard (husband) James from Deweyville, Texas, Gladys Jenkins (husband) Don from Bakersfield, California and Dot Guillory (husband) Johnny from Vinton, La. and numerous nieces and nephews, she is preceded in death by her beloved son, Tommy, her parents Alcide and Irene Vincent, brothers Curtis and Charles “Bully Boy” Vincent and sister Beatrice Poole. She will be missed by many and LOVED by all.We LOVE you MaMa –MoMo DorisFuneral Services for Ms. Nunez will be 10 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2009 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Father Wayne Lebleu will officiate. Burial will be in Our Lady Star of the Sea Cemetery in Cameron.
